Lava Cake

The pinnacle of dessert luxury is when your spoon breaks through the top of a lava cake and hits the oozy, warm chocolate inside. If the cake should happen to be topped with a scoop of gelato, and if that gelato should fall into the chocolate lava and get beautifully mixed up with it...well, so much the better.
